Important Registration Information
We make registration easy by giving you choice! Please review the following information about registrations options. Competition registrations and payment is due Jan 15th 2011, late registrations may be subject to a $15 sur charge per routine. Convention Registrations and payment is due March 1st 2011. We accept money drafts, certified cheques, cash (on site for late registrations only), Visa and Mastercard. Please note that Visa and Mastercard payments are subject to a 2% processing fee.
1. COMPETITION REGISTRATION- ONLINE
To register online, simply navigate our website to select the registration page and go to competition. Create a registration account through selecting a user name and password. This will allow you to register your entries online and save them to the database as you go. Once you have an account, simply log in with your email and password and register more dances whenever you want. When you are finished you can review all of your entries, the online system can calculate the fees and HST for you. Please be sure to double check the amount on your registration submission particularly the taxes. Once you have submitted your entries, you may phone in a credit card payment to us or you may mail us a cheque. Funds must be in before the entry deadline to receive applicable discount. Registrations are first come first serve! When you submit your registrations from your online account we will send you a detailed registration confirmation, once you submitted your online account is cleared, so please keep a copy of your email confirmation. You will not have access to your registrations once they have been submitted, this is why your email confirmation is important.
2. COMPETITION REGISTRATION- MAIL AND FAX
If you would like to register by mail/fax please use the following standard registration forms and coresponding registration instructions. (Please email for registration form)
3. COMPETITION REGISTRATION- EMAIL
Register by email! Simply email us for the email registration form and complete your registrations in an excell spread sheet! Phone us and we will bill your credit card or you may send us a cheque for payment.
CONVENTION REGISTRATION DETAILS
Dancers wishing to participate in our convention should check with their studio to see if the studio is accepting registrations. If not, you may follow the online registration option and pay with a credit card through paypal.
CONVENTION SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS
Scholarship winners must email us to confirm your attendence in the workshops. Please note that there is a $10 charge if scholarship winners would like a T-Shirt.
