CONVENTION REGISTRATION
Check with your studio to see if they are registering for the convention. Otherwise follow the online registration link. You may pay online with credit card (follow the check out to pay with a credit card through paypal) or you may deliver a cheque before the deadline to the address below.

IMPORTANT: Please include the dancers name on the memo of the cheque so that we may trace and apply payment to your registration account.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
- Registrations will not be processed until payment has been received. Registrations are welcome on a first come first serve basis. Late entries will be accepted after March 15th if space is available. Personalized Tshirts may not available for late entries.
- Registrations are not refundable under any circumstance with the exception of injury/illness preventing the registered dancer from being able to participate. A doctors letter must accompany the application process for a refund.
- Refund policy does not apply to scholarships. Scholarships are not transferable.
- All participants, parents and gaurdians and teachers of participants, give their permission for any photograph or video taken of participants by Synergy dance and its affiliates to be used for promotional purposes without compensation. This includes newspaper, brochures, ads, television, sales videos, the internet, newsletters and any other.
- Upon entering any Synergy dance sponsored event, it is agreed that all students, parents, relatives and teachers will not hold Synergy dance, its staff, support staff, directors or the host facilities responsible for any injury, death or loss of property during the event.
