Step One: You can have some fun
Step Two: Read and review the 2018 terms of participation document and the checklist:

Step Three: Register online, it saves as you go, review later and then finally submit.
Entries made into the online system will hold those spaces until the payment deadline.
*Entries made into the online system will hold those spaces for you until the payment deadline. You do not need to "submit" your entries for them to be formally held as a reservation. Once a routine has been entered and saved that space/routine is held until the payment deadline. Changes and updates (for exmaple things like levels, choreographers, names, number of students, etc) to your online registration account can be made at any time all the way up until the payment deadline. After the deadline the account is temporarily frozen for accounting/registration processing. It will later reopen so that you can make further updates if you have schedule change requests.

Please take note of the following 2018 updates:
1- Provincial Finals formatting for 2018 has changed, we welcome more qualifying solo/duo/trios on a seperate day. Groups are moving to the Hard Rock Casino.
2- Please take note of the new levelling system. All levels have changed.
3- Music will also be loaded online through the registration portal for playing by a DJ in the 2018 season going forward. Online music upload will be due two weeks before the event.
4- The 'Open' division is now part of the auxiliary division (no longer with acrobatics) and is scheduled adjacent to Student Choreography.
5- Studios will be responsible for all changes to details in their online account throughout the scheduling change request process. Synergy Dance is not longer manually doing change requests, it is now automated.
6- Due to capacity issues 50% discount on second location is valid for 'travel' events only. Locations outside of the lower mainland (Victoria, Nanaimo, Kelowna) are considered travel locations.
7- Dancers must be competing with a group in order to perform a solo/duo/trio. We have had too many complaints of "soloists doing multiple locations in order to qualify for provincial finals." As of 2018, dancers must be in a participating group at the specific location in order to do a solo/duo/trio at that location. Otherwise there is no limmit on the number of solos.
8- "This routine already qualifed for provincial finals" finals will not be accepted as an appropriate schedule or routine change request if you are entered in two events.
